MY VIEW

Your personal dashboard. Shows leads assigned to you as sales rep, accounts where you are the engineer, and your active projects. Managers also see all unassigned QBO leads that need a rep.

ASSIGNMENT

Every QBO lead requires a Sales rep and Engineer before you can save notes. Open any lead freely — assignment warning shows in the Notes section until both are assigned.

Managers can reassign any lead. Sales reps can self-assign. Engineers assignable by anyone.

SCORE

Every lead scores 0-100. Base 50. +20 deal over $10K, +10 over $50K (stacks). +10 Hot / +5 Warm. +10 last contact under 14d / -10 over 60d / -20 over 90d. +5 per qualifier (max +20). -15 Proposal with no contact.

STAGES & TEMPERATURE

New → Contacted → Interested → Proposal → Won / Lost. Change from drawer or bulk-select.

Hot follow up 48hrs. Warm follow up 2 weeks. Cold nurture only.

QUICKBOOKS SYNC

QBO owns: deal value, invoice amounts, dates. CRM owns: temp, stage, notes, qualifiers, last contact, opp name. Your edits are never overwritten. Token expires every 101 days — reconnect from the top bar.

ACCOUNTS

Every company in one place — QBO customers, active leads, and manually added accounts. Click any account to see its leads, projects, contacts, and notes.

Changes to industry, segment, or state from the account drawer sync to all linked leads automatically.

⚡ Enrich from Apollo — fills industry, employees, segment, state using the company domain.
Account notes — shared across all leads for that company. Edit from the account drawer or from any lead drawer.

CONTACTS

All contacts across all accounts in one searchable table. Add manually or inject from Apollo.

⚡ Find via Apollo — from any account drawer, searches Apollo for decision-makers at that company (IT Directors, CTOs, CISOs etc). Select which ones to add.

Click a contact's email to open Gmail compose pre-filled. Click any row to jump to the account.

PROJECTS

Track engineer time against customer blocks. Create a project, set block hours and rate. Engineers log sessions (date, hours, Gemini notes). AI drafts the weekly report — engineer reviews and sends via Gmail.

Burn alerts fire automatically at 80%, 90%, and 100% to info@, support@, and the assigned engineer.

AI SEQUENCES

Chat with Claude to draft outreach emails. Describe your target and iterate until the email is right. Click "Open in Gmail" to send — opens Gmail compose pre-filled with subject, recipient, and body. Use quick-prompt buttons for common scenarios.

IMPORT CSV

Import leads from Apollo.io CSV export. Click Import CSV in the All Leads toolbar.

Columns read: Company Name, First Name, Last Name, Title, Email, Phone, Industry, # Employees, State, HQ Location.

Deduplicates by company name or email — re-importing updates enrichment fields (industry, employees, state) but never overwrites your stage, temp, notes, or qualifiers.
